Classic Zinfandel red fruits, plum, cigar, and sandalwood notes all emerge from the 2022 Zinfandel Dante Dusi Vineyard, a pretty, perfumed, violet, and floral-driven Zinfandel that's medium-bodied, has a supple, elegant mouthfeel, and a great finish. It's well-made and offers ample pleasure.

All Mourvèdre from a single vineyard in Paso Robles, the 2021 Mourvèdre Cornflower Blue Paper Street Vineyard offers a meaty, gamey nose of black fruits, melted licorice, black pepper, spring flower, and candied violet-like nuances. This carries to a ripe, medium to full-bodied Mourvèdre that's sweetly fruited, has a soft, mouth-filling texture, and outstanding length. This pleasure-bent, fruit-loaded, pure, juicy Mourvèdre will drink nicely for 7-8 years.

The 2021 Zinfandel Paper Street Vineyard is a clear step up, with another level of density and concentration. Ripe red and blue fruits, candied violet, orange blossom, and spicy, subtle cigar smoke-like notes all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, with a plush, layered mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a great finish. This classic, pleasure-bent Zinfandel will keep for a decade if well stored.
